HOW IT WORKS 

AC goes through bridge rectifire(diode) comes out DC goes through filter (capacitor) then indicator(red led) then go through 5V ragulator  which the turns the 16V DC to 5V DC  then goes through another filter (capacitor) then another indicator ( green led)  then DC out put.
